About Us

What is Bicentennial Estates Neighborhood Association (BENA)?
BENA is both a Homeowner’s Association and a Neighborhood Association. We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of residents from the Association who are elected by the association members. Property owners within our neighborhood boundaries are voting members of BENA. The neighborhood is a vibrant community made up of 369 properties. The neighborhood boundaries are: Philadelphia Drive to the North, North 20th Street to the West, North 25th Street to the East, and Superior Street to the South. The large green space running through the middle of BENA is our Commons Area. The Commons Area is an approximately 16-acre private park with a playground, half-court basketball area, and large open areas for all of our members and their families to enjoy.
